The use of the Site implies acceptance of the conditions of use described below.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ATTACHED TO THE SITE

The Site and each of its components, whether or not they are protected by intellectual property rights (in particular brands, logos, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, slogans, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Laboratoires Nym, the only ones authorised to use them, or of third parties having authorised Laboratoires Nym to use them.

In particular, the brands mentioned on the Site are registered trademarks and therefore protected and are the exclusive property of Laboratoires Nym.

Any reproduction and/or representation, in whole or in part, use, distribution, translation, adaptation or modification of the Site or any of its components on any medium whatsoever, and in any form whatsoever, for any purpose and in particular for commercial purposes, is expressly forbidden without the express prior authorisation of Nym Laboratories.

Laboratoires Nym reserves the right to take any legal action necessary against the author of any unauthorised use of the Site or its content.

PERSONAL DATA

Nym Laboratories may collect personal data concerning the user of the Site, which are subject to computerised processing in order to respond to his/her requests.

Nym Laboratories have made a simplified declaration of data collection to the CNIL, registered under the number [complete].

In accordance with the Law of 6 January 1978 [Informatique et Liberté], the user of the Site has the right to access, question, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. They may also object, on legitimate grounds, to personal data concerning them being processed and may define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of their personal data after their death. These conditions of use of the Site are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to the said Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
